Important Notifications

Customers will receive important notification emails regarding orders submitted through our e-store.  In addition to the order confirmation, product fulfillment, order shipment and delivery emails customers may receive other important emails regarding orders submitted through our e-store.

White List Email

You may need to white list our email to make sure you receive email from Precept Ministries International. Click to learn more about How To Whitelist Email.

Confirmation email

Once you complete an order in the store you should receive a confirmation email that includes an order summary with the products included on your order, the order total and more.

Click the View Your Order Button to be directed to your e-store profile where you can view order history, access download items and update address information as needed.

Order Shipment Notification

When your order has been fulfilled you will receive an order shipment notification once your order has been fulfilled.

Track Your Delivery

Customers will receive an Order Delivery email once the order has been shipped.  Click on the Track shipment button to see the delivery status of your order.

Item Delivered

Once your delivery has completed you will receive an order delivery email.  If you have not received your order. Click the Let us know link to notify customer service that you did not receive your order.
